The Real Keisha Boutique Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping with The Real Keisha Boutique! We pride ourselves on creating unique, high-quality clothing and accessories. Please read our policy carefully regarding returns and exchanges.

All Sales Are Final - No Returns Accepted

Due to the custom nature and uniqueness of our products, all sales are final, and we do not accept returns for refunds. We encourage you to carefully review your order before finalizing your purchase, especially regarding sizing, colors, and designs.

Custom & Personalized Items: Please note that we absolutely do not accept returns or exchanges on any personalized, custom-made, or print-on-demand items. These items are created specifically for you based on your selections and cannot be resold. This includes any products where you have chosen specific text, images, colors, or other unique customizations.

Exchanges (Limited Circumstances):

We understand that sometimes an item might not be exactly what you expected. In some limited cases, we may offer an exchange under the following strict conditions:

  1. Item Condition: The item must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original condition with all original tags still attached. We cannot accept items that show any signs of wear, use, or alteration.

  2. Exchange Request Window: You must contact us to request an exchange within 7 days of receiving your order. Requests outside of this window will not be considered.

  3. Eligible Items for Exchange: This exchange policy does NOT apply to personalized or custom-made items, which are final sale. It may apply to standard, non-customized clothing items or accessories. (This policy applies only to our ready-to-ship graphic t-shirts and non-custom jewelry and accessories.)

  4. Exchange for Same or Similar Item: Exchanges are typically for the same item in a different size or color, or for an item of equal value if the original is unavailable.

  5. Shipping Costs for Exchanges: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with the exchange, including the cost to return the original item to us and the cost to ship the new item to you. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

  6. Approval Required: All exchanges must be pre-approved by The Real Keisha Boutique before you send the item back. Please contact us at info.therealkeisha@gmail.com to initiate an exchange request.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect (e.g., wrong item shipped, major defect), please contact us immediately within 3 days of delivery at info.therealkeisha@gmail.com with clear photos of the issue. We will work with you to resolve the situation promptly.

How to Request an Exchange (if eligible): Contact us at info.therealkeisha@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  1. Provide your order number and detail the reason for the exchange, along with the desired new size/color.

  2. Wait for our approval and instructions on how to proceed. Do not send items back without prior authorization.
